I've had rather contentious discussions with priests about the "granting" of medical care benefits to same sex couples. These priests never have to worry about paying a doctor bill, and are by and large, have no responsibility for the health care costs of others. The economic and human cost of failing to grant benefits to everyone is huge. Thanks to Pamshouseblend.com where I discovered this video.
